On November 1, 2024, the Research and Tourism Club organized an enlightening invited talk on the trading history of the Malabar Coast. The session was expertly led by Dr. Radhika Seshan, Professor and Head of the Department of History (retired) at Savitribai Phule Pune University. Dr. Seshan’s session delved into the fascinating history of Malabar, emphasizing its strategic importance due to its prime location along the Arabian Sea.
