Holy Cross Library
The college library has a well-furnished, partially automated open access system with separate reading facility and stack for patrons. The library advisory committee and management take decisions on each activity of the library. The library has a good collection of books of more than 13500. The periodical section includes around 43 periodicals and 9 Newspapers. Bound volumes include 100 numbers and dissertations are around 200. The library also provides online access through N-List which provides more than 6000 online journals and 1, 99,500 e-books. The library also observes reading day on June 19th every year and organizes various programmes like books exhibition, best library user award on behalf of “Bodhi Readers club”.
Library Software
The Library has been automated using Integrated Library Management software KOHA version 23.05.09.000 for the Overall management of Library books and easy information retrieval. A barcode entry and exis system is implimented for faculity and students, This system is connected to the KOHA software.
Membership
All students, and staff of the institute are entitled to register as members of the library and to use the facilities & services offered for the purpose of their academic, research and administrative work.

Circulation
The library follows an Open Access policy. Users can pick a book of their choice from the shelves and may refer to it in the library or borrow them.
Reference
The library has a good collection of books. Journals Encyclopaedia’s, Yearbooks and other references. The reference books cannot be borrowed.
User Orientation
The Library offers user orientation program to its users on the subscribed resources and other facilities.
Reprography
The library photocopying service is available from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. The library supports the copyright policy
Visiting Information
We welcome the use of the library by our alumni or external members for their research and reference.
Internet Facility
The library provide computer terminals for internet use.
Journal Archive
The library maintains a good collection of journals and magazine archives in bound volumes.
