College Fitness Education Program (COFE) offers a variety of fitness classes, including yoga, aerobics, and strength training, catering to all fitness levels. Our state-of-the-art facilities, including a fully equipped gym, sports courts provide an optimal environment for physical activity. Led by experienced instructors, our program emphasizes personalized training and nutritional guidance to help students achieve their fitness goals.
