On January 8th, K-DISC , in collaboration with HCIMT, organized the Talent Accelerator Program for mentors from various colleges. This dynamic program aimed at curating career pathways, conducting skill assessments, and offering market-focused sessions. It also provided valuable mental support to mentors, empowering them to guide students towards success. Through these initiatives, the program fostered professional growth and enhanced the capabilities of college mentors, ensuring they are well-equipped to shape the future leaders of tomorrow.
