The Department of Economics at Holy Cross Institute of Management and Technology organized a bridging program for first-year BA Economics students. The session, held to help students transition smoothly into their new academic environment, was conducted by Dr. Sr. Sheeba Andrews, Assistant Professor from the Department of Economics at Providence Women’s College. Dr. Sr. Sheeba provided valuable insights into the fundamentals of economics, bridging the gap between high school and college-level coursework. The program aimed to equip students with a solid foundation, ensuring they are well-prepared for their academic journey in economics.
