As part of World Environment Day observations, the NSS unit of Holy Cross College, Kozhikode, has launched an impactful environmental protection awareness campaign. Organized in collaboration with the Calicut University NSS Department and the District Suchitwa Mission, this initiative forms a core part of the pre-campaign activities for ‘Mission LiFE’ (Lifestyle for Environment), running through June 5th.

Event Highlights

• Inauguration: The campaign was officially inaugurated by Ward Councilor Sreeja C. Nair.

• Presidential Address: College Principal, Dr. Sister Shiny George, presided over the function.

• Key Leadership: NSS Program Officer Lijo Joseph, Ward Convener Harinandhan, and student leaders including N.K. Devika, Muhammad Ihsan, Adwaith, K.V. Aiswarya, S. Abhirami, Marwan Abdullah, Krishnapriya, and Aryananda successfully spearheaded the event.
