On July 5th, 2024, the Department of Commerce and Management at Holy Cross Institute of Management and Technology organized the “EMBARK” induction program for first-year students. Led by Mr. Jithin K Thomas, HOD of the department, and supported by CMA volunteers, the session introduced students to the department’s culture and expectations. Mr. Thomas emphasized the importance of hard work and collaboration, while the CMA volunteers conducted engaging activities to foster team-building and communication skills. The program successfully welcomed and motivated the new students, preparing them for their academic journey ahead.
