The Department of Hotel Management, HCIMT  organized Flavour Forge: A Culinary Innovation Showcase, an inspiring project presentation event held at the Training Restaurant. This unique gathering spotlighted the creative talents of the third-year B.Sc. Hotel Management and Culinary Science students, who unveiled their original concepts in food and beverage products.
