The third-year students of the Department of Hotel Management organized a themed fest titled “Arabian Night”, which featured a delightful array of authentic Arabian cuisines. The event took place in their Training Restaurant, offering an immersive dining experience inspired by the rich culinary traditions of the Middle East. This program was an integral part of their practical curriculum, designed to provide hands-on experience in planning, executing, and managing a themed dining event. As part of the fest, the students meticulously prepared a diverse range of Arabian dishes, from appetizers to desserts, showcasing their culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisine. The restaurant was transformed to reflect the essence of Arabian culture, with themed décor, traditional music, and hospitality practices that enhanced the overall experience for the guests. The “Arabian Night” fest allowed students to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting, focusing on menu planning, food preparation, restaurant operations, and customer service. It also encouraged teamwork and creativity, as students worked together to manage all aspects of the event. Guests, including faculty, students, and external visitors, were treated to a unique cultural and gastronomic journey, making the event a memorable success and a valuable learning experience for the students.
