The Women’s Development Cell (WDC) and College Management Association (CMA), in collaboration with Malabar Hospital, are organizing an awareness program on the “Adverse Effects of Cosmetics on Health”. The session was led by Dr. Nimitha, Consultant Dermatologist and Venereologist at Malabar Hospital, Eranhipaalam. Dr. Nimitha  discussed  the potential health risks associated with cosmetics, including harmful ingredients and their long-term impacts on skin health. Participants will learn how to recognize unsafe substances and choose safer alternatives. The program featured an interactive Q&A session, offering personalized advice on managing cosmetic-related health issues. This initiative aims to educate and empower individuals to make informed choices about their skincare and cosmetic use.
