The Department of Hotel Management organised vegetable carving workshop on 5th November 2023. The programme intended to make the students know about carving and to learn new ideas of carving fruits and vegetables and to know about the news trends of Hotel Industry. The session was handled by Biju Mathew, Executive Chef North Park Hotel.
