The Placement Cell in association with Indian School of Business, ICFAI – Business School organized a seminar on Campus to Corporate for UG Students (5^th Semester BBA and B.com Finance) on 17^th October 2023. The session was handled by Mr. Surjyabrat Buragohain, Associate Dean & Dy. PCO IFHE Bangalore. The programme intended to provide hands-on training for the students on how to attend an interview and group discussion etiquettes, analyse their level of confidence, teamwork qualities, communication, leadership, analytical, and logical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability. The workshop was a huge success with students understanding their current level of aptitude and the areas which they need to work on. The session enabled them to sharpen their interview skills, become more comfortable with the interview process, and gain confidence. They were able to test their answers to tough questions, create and improve strategies and enhance the communication skills and delivery of responses.
