The NSS Unit, HCIMT had organised a seminar on the Gandhian Vision on Education on 5th October,2023. The programme was inaugrated by T. Balakrishnan, Vice President and felicitation by U.Ramachandran, Secretary,Gandhi Peace Foundation. Gandhiji's philosophy of education is a harmonious blending of Idealism, Naturalism and Pragmatism. Idealism is the base of philosophy whereas Naturalism and Pragmatism are the helpers in translating that philosophy into practice. Therefore he is known as practical- idealist. His ideology was "education for life, education through life, and education throughout life."
