Republic Day Celebration was conducted at Holy Cross IMT on 26th January, 2023. NSS Unit 248 of the college, organized the event to commemorate the day when the Indian Constitution came into effect. Representatives of management, faculty, students and NSS members actively participated in the day’s program.
Once everyone gathered in front of the college, sharp at 8.30 AM the celebration started with the hoisting of the National Flag by Principal Dr. Sr. Shiny George. Then, the National Anthem was sung. Thereafter, the Principal gave the Republic Day message to the gathering and in her speech she highlighted the importance of the Constitution and its unique features.
NSS coordinator, Mr. Navneeth addressed the gathering filling the audience with a sense of pride and patriotism. And student representative Advaith B. Com (1st Year) gave a speech on Republic Day 2023.
